  • at the surgery

The Doctors prefer to see their own patients whenever possible. if your Doctor is on holiday or not on duty, another Doctor will be able to see you. The Surgery runs an appointment system. Please either phone 01284 753008 or call in at the surgery to make an appointment. Appointment times vary between Doctors. If you wish to see a timetable for any of the Doctors CLICK HERE or ask at Reception.

  • when the surgery is closed

If you require URGENT advice or treatment please phone the surgery 01284 753008. You will be transferred to Suffolk Doctors on Call who will put you in contact with the Duty Doctor. The Duty Doctor may request you to visit a surgery other than Angel Hill to receive treatment. Currently the premises being used by the Suffolk Doctors on Call are at the West Suffolk Hospital, Hardwick Lane, Bury St Edmunds.

  • home visits

Please phone BEFORE 10.30am if you require a home visit. The receptionist will ask you, on the Doctor's behalf, the reason for the visit. This will allow the Doctor to judge the urgency of your request. Patients who are too ill to attend the Surgery will be visited at home.
