Please request prescriptions by emailing angelhill.dispensary@nhs.net or speak to reception to apply for SystmOnline services. For this you will need to provide photo ID.
Prescriptions take 3 full working to be processed and available the next working. A longer time will be required at Bank Holidays, especially around Easter and Christmas.
Requests put in on:
- Monday will be actioned by Thursday
- Tuesday will be actioned by Friday
- Wednesday will be actioned by Monday
- Thursday will be actioned by Tuesday
- Friday will be actioned by Wednesday
This does not mean your prescription will be ready for collection immediately.
Please be aware that there may be additional processing times at your dispensary or pharmacy to allow for ordering and dispensing of stock, therefore allow adequate time to take this into consideration when placing your order.
We allow requests to be put in up to a week in advance of the 28 day medication cycle
There is no need to call us to check if your request has been processed.
You will be asked to see your doctor at regular intervals to review your repeat prescription. The frequency of the review will depend on your medical problem. The Dispensary staff will be able to give you detailed information regarding these reviews.
Patients who live more than a mile from a pharmacy can obtain their prescriptions from our dispensary. Any patient who lives within a mile of a Pharmacy cannot have their medication dispensed by us and will need to attend another Pharmacy. Details of local Pharmacies are available both from the Dispensary and Reception.
